SCREENJET BRUSHING

Restricted ACCESS to your bore resulting from bacterial growth can be overcome as Screenjet removes bacterial growth and contamination from INSIDE  the casing walls also surges screens and gravel pack that have blocked bore formation water access.

ScreenJet Brushing now allows access to your bore inside casing blockages that have limited access for camera inspections or additonal surveys or maintenance methods.

With the ScreenJet Brushing 1-2-3 method; the casing, screens and surrounding formation are cleaned simultaneously. Then the loosened debris is removed from the well.

1) The casing is steel wire brushed and physically agitated to allow access to the screen or bore zone.

2) The casing then has a surging/bruhing tool which pressurises screen zones to remove incrustation and bacterial growth and from the gravel pack..

3) Pumping and bailing techniques are used to remove the loosened debris from the well. With the debris removed the well using either bailing tool and/or airwell displacement pump.

* The ScreenJet Brushing procedure can vary with the needs of a particular well. The use of vibe cleaning and acids can aid and be safety used in conjunction with the ScreenJet Brushing process.

With this 3-step system, the result is . . .
*CLEAN CASING
*OPEN SCREENS & FORMATION
*REMOVE DEBRIS FROM BORE

USED WHERE CONTAMINATION AND BACTERIAL GROWTH ARE BLOCKING INSPECTIONS/MAINTENANCE
