  •

    Wellclean has been developed and refined at well sites over the past 4 years with Water Bore Redevelopers & Aquabiotics. It performs a step by step hydromechanical and chemical well rehabilitation without any interruption and is typically within 1 day which allows bores to bought back into production without delays.

    * SEPARATION:

    physical and chemical parting of interconnected deposits from casing, screen and gravel pack

    * REMOVAL:

    Simultaneous removal of detached incrustations

    * CONTROL:

    Monitoring of rehabilitation progress allow control and good management of the wellfield

    The success of a well rehabilitation is based on the correct combination of mechanical and hydromechanical methods together with a chemical agent individually selected to battle the encountered problem. Each well has to be treated as an individual due to its hydraulic characteristics, the chemisty of the groundwater and the geochemical composition of the incrustations.

    The Well Clean Method has been developed to provide optimal techniques for the various types of problems that occur with pumping and water bore operations.

    We studied the available methods and followed research and understanding worldwide to develop our methods and now are establishing ourselves as a more technical and professional in all Water Bore Redevelopment and control of Iron and other common Bacteria Well problems.

    COSTS

    Typically a Regular bore maintenance treatment takes 1 day & approximately 25% the cost of putting in a new bore. Extreme bore problems require Severe WellClean which is about 1/3 the cost of a new bore.

    Also when other costs associated with bore problems are added together then the its simple to see the benefit of performing routine bore maintenance operations

    Standard bore maintenace operations such as air development, dangerous acid treatments, jetting or even electrolysis treatment are either ineffective, costly and do not solve the problem and commonly worsen bore biofouling and incrustion residues.
